Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the TradesMagic Paid Pilot and other TradesMagic services where a refund policy is expressly offered.

TradesMagic Paid Pilot

The TradesMagic Paid Pilot is a digital service. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or returned.

The customer may cancel the pilot before activation and receive a full refund of the pilot fee.

If TradesMagic cannot activate the agreed pilot scope by the agreed activation date, the customer may choose either:

• A revised activation date; or

• A full refund of the pilot fee.

Once the pilot has been activated, the pilot fee is nonrefundable for change of mind.

If TradesMagic is unable to deliver the agreed core pilot scope after activation, the customer will receive a full refund of the pilot fee.

The pilot does not automatically renew or convert to a subscription. No monthly service charges will occur unless the customer separately approves ongoing service.
