A customer calls. The AI Office Manager handles the supported request and turns the conversation into actionable work. The contractor can later ask conversationally for open work and retrieve what needs attention.
Pilot #2: Change Order + Billing
Create a change order and send the customer an SMS approval request. Their YES reply records approval and adds the amount to the job total. You can then send an invoice/payment email for Stripe checkout. Partial payments and the remaining balance stay tracked.
